Abion flagged as disclosure violator over delayed sales shortfall filing

South Korea's Abion was designated a KOSDAQ disclosure-rule violator for a delayed filing on a shortfall in semiannual or quarterly sales. The designation was finalized on Oct. 8, 2026, following a notice on Sep. 11, 2026, and regulators assessed 3.5 penalty points.
