Hong Kong retains world's freest economy title in Fraser Institute report

Hong Kong has once again been ranked as the world's freest economy by the Fraser Institute, leading 165 jurisdictions. It placed first globally in 'Freedom to trade internationally' and second in 'Regulation'.
