Vertical Aerospace files patent infringement counterclaim against Archer Aviation

Vertical Aerospace filed a patent infringement counterclaim against Archer Aviation on Oct. 6, 2026, alleging Archer's Midnight eVTOL aircraft infringes U.S. Patent No. 12,747,027 and seeking an injunction and damages.
