Daiyang Metal largest shareholder shifts to Legacy No.1 Investment Association with 10.40% stake

Legacy No.1 Investment Association now holds 6,000,000 Daiyang Metal shares (10.4%), up from DYM Partners and affiliates (10.7%) after enforcement of a share-backed loan. The change was confirmed Oct. 6, 2026.
