Titan Mining, U.S. Army sign framework for graphite processing plant at Anniston

Titan Mining signed a term sheet with the U.S. Army for an Enhanced Use Lease to build a graphite processing plant on about 97 acres at Anniston Army Depot in Alabama. Empire State Mines would finance, build and operate the facility, producing purified micronized graphite first, coated spherical purified graphite later. The framework sets an initial 50-year lease with two 25-year renewals.
