7-Eleven Malaysia: Vincent Tan lifts stake to 21.31% after share transactions

Vincent Tan Chee Yioun raised his stake in 7-Eleven Malaysia to 236,357,050 ordinary shares, representing 21.31% of the company. This includes a direct holding of 192,362,323 shares (17.35%) and a deemed interest of 43,994,727 shares (3.97%). Transactions on Oct. 5 included a 21,600,000-share acquisition.
