Ascendio cuts share sale price to KRW 2,665 in revised capital increase

Ascendio revised terms of its third-party allocated paid-in capital increase, cutting the offer price to KRW 2,665 from KRW 3,460. Share issuance size was raised to 3,752,344 common shares from 2,890,173, keeping total operating-funds proceeds near KRW 10 billion.
