Royal Mail proposes up to 2,500 head office role reductions by end of 2027

Royal Mail has proposed reducing up to 2,500 head office roles by the end of 2027 as part of an organizational review. The company confirmed no reductions will be made to frontline delivery and processing roles and has begun formal consultation with unions.
