Asia diesel refining margins rebound; timespreads, cash premiums soften

Asia's diesel refining margins rose for the first session in three, but timespreads and cash premiums continued to soften. Discussions for cargoes loading in November were ongoing in slight premium territory for some northeast Asian refiners.
