Diesel margins rebound slightly; timespreads, cash premiums soften

Asia's diesel refining margins saw a minor rebound in the first session of three, despite continued softening in timespreads and cash premiums. Discussions for November loading cargoes were ongoing with slight premiums in some northeast Asian markets.
