Union Steel: independent director Wong Loke Tan to retire Oct. 28, 2026

Union Steel announced that independent director Wong Loke Tan will retire at the close of the company's annual general meeting on Oct. 28, 2026. He will also step down as chair of the remuneration committee and as a member of the audit committee.
