Pegasus Heights Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PHB Capital Sdn. Bhd., provided financial assistance pursuant to market listing requirements. This assistance, provided in the ordinary course of business for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, has no material effect on the company's net assets or earnings per share.
