Olympia Industries extends RM25 million loan tenure to five years

Olympia Industries signed supplemental agreements to extend two secured loans from Sea Resorts Development, extending the RM25 million facility tenure to five years from three and revising interest payments. The RM5 million facility tenure was extended to three years eight months, with interest payments revised to 45 installments.
