DKLS Industries Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DKLS Construction Sdn Bhd, incorporated Savan Digital Infrastructure Sole Co., Ltd in Laos on Oct. 7, 2026, with a registered share capital of USD500,000.
