UWC Berhad proposes placement of up to 5% new shares

UWC Berhad announced a proposed placement of up to 55,190,955 new ordinary shares, representing up to 5% of the total issued shares, as part of its fund-raising efforts. An application for the listing and quotation of these shares has been submitted to Bursa Securities.
