Itcenentec to buy Seoul Seocho 359 Tower for KRW 74 bln

Itcenentec will buy land and a building in Seoul's Seocho district for KRW 74 billion. The deal value is 23.15% of its total assets as of FY2025. The transaction aims to secure rental income and diversify assets.
