Gagasan Nadi Cergas director Dato' Sr Hj Wan Azman Bin Wan Kamal disposed 40,659,020 warrants on Oct. 5. Direct holding in warrants fell to 97,181,270 units, equal to 25.81% voting rights. The disposal was reported at a consideration of RM 0.05 per warrant.
