Northern Solar Holdings awarded RM34 million solar plant contract
Northern Solar Holdings Berhad's wholly-owned subsidiary accepted a letter of award for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of a 9.50MW Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic Plant. The project is valued at RM34 million and is expected to be operational by May 1, 2027.
Northern Solar Holdings Berhad said its wholly owned subsidiary, Northern Solar Sdn. 50MW large scale solar photovoltaic plant. The company said the project’s scheduled commercial operation date is no later than 1 May 2027. 00.
Northern Solar said it expects the project to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 March 2027 onwards. The company does not foresee any exceptional risks beyond the normal operational and execution risks associated with the project.
