ASR Real Estate names Nick Grootveld asset manager for Science Park from Aug. 1, 2026

ASR Real Estate appointed Nick Grootveld as asset manager for Science Park, effective Aug. 1, 2026. He will oversee the fund’s Delft portfolio, including NEXT Delft, the TNO Bouwinnovatielab, and Exact Software’s headquarters.
