Auto Trader forecasts UK car transactions to rise 3.4% to 10.17 million in 2026

AutoTrader forecasts the UK new and used car retail market will rise 3.4% year-on-year to 10,170,000 transactions in 2026. New car registrations are projected to climb 9.5% to 2,210,000, while used car transactions are expected to increase 1.9% to 7,950,000.
