Poongwon Precision converted KRW 15.4 billion of its 1st privately placed unsecured convertible bond on Oct. 7, 2026, at a conversion price of KRW 3,820, issuing 4,031,413 new common shares. The shares are slated to list on Oct. 28, 2026.
