HS Hyosung guarantees KRW 32.24 billion loan for affiliate

HS Hyosung will guarantee KRW 32.24 billion of debt for affiliate HS Hyosung Quang Nam under a UOB facility. The guarantee backs a KRW 26.87 billion borrowing tied to a maturity extension of an existing credit line. Coverage runs from Oct. 20, 2026 to Oct. 19, 2027; the group’s total outstanding guarantees stood at KRW 1.62 trillion.
