Sajo Industries: controlling shareholder group raises stake to 68.00%

Sajo Industries' controlling shareholder group increased its stake to 68.00% from 67.58% in a filing showing 3,399,750 shares. Pledged shares rose to 16.83% from 16.63%. The changes were driven by block trades, on-market buying and a related-party share pledge.
