CTK CEO Chung In Yong sold 50,000 shares in CTK Co. Ltd. to 7,464,413 from 7,514,413, reducing his ownership to 38.59% from 38.85% as of Sept. 30. The sale was tied to additional collateral under a repurchase agreement.
