Fantagio delays public offering subscription to Dec. 7-8

Fantagio Corp. has postponed its public offering subscription period to December 7-8 from July 6. The payment date has been moved to December 10 from October 16, and the expected listing date for the new shares is now December 23, pushed back from October 29. The short-selling ban related to the offering has been extended to December 2 from October 7.
