Gefran acquires Novuspar for BRL 215 million

Gefran completed the acquisition of Novuspar and its group of companies on Oct. 1, 2026, for an enterprise value of BRL 215 million (approx. EUR 36.2 million). The deal transferred 100% of Novuspar's share capital.
