SGC AI Infra to cut paid-in capital by 96% to KRW 1 billion

SGC Energy's wholly owned unit, SGC AI Infra, plans to reduce its paid-in capital by 96% to KRW 1 billion from KRW 25 billion through the cancellation of 4,800,000 common shares at KRW 5,210 per share. This move aims to return capital to its shareholder. The number of outstanding shares will decrease to 200,000 from 5,000,000.
