Hyundai BNG Steel to invest KRW 18.53 billion in Seongrim Advanced Industry

Hyundai BNG Steel will subscribe to 741,147 new shares in Seongrim Advanced Industry for KRW 18.53 billion via a shareholder-allotted rights offering. The investment, expected to settle on Oct. 13, 2026, aims to bolster Seongrim Advanced Industry's financial position. This investment represents 3.6% of Hyundai BNG Steel's equity.
