Beltone AM to launch EGP 2bn real estate fund with Amtaar Capital

Beltone Asset Management, a subsidiary of Beltone Venture Capital, plans to establish and manage a multi-issuance real estate investment fund with a target of EGP 2 billion. The initial issuance is expected between EGP 500 million and EGP 700 million, with Amtaar Capital facilitating investor access.
