POSCO joins South Korea K-GX project for low-carbon steel

POSCO Holdings has joined South Korea’s K-GX ‘Steel GX’ project to shift steelmaking towards decarbonized production using hydrogen-based HyREX technology, aiming for a 300,000-ton-a-year pilot facility by 2028.
