Verbund begins Jochenstein hydropower revamp with delivery of 62-ton transformer

Verbund began delivering new equipment for the Jochenstein Danube hydropower plant overhaul, with the first of five transformers arriving Oct. 6. The modernization runs from 2023 through end-2030, with planned investment of EUR 61.4 million.
