Genome&Company buys back KRW 1.44 billion of convertible bonds

Genome&Company bought back KRW 1.3 billion face value of its 1st unsecured private convertible bond before maturity on Oct. 7, 2026. Total purchase price was KRW 1.44 billion, including principal and interest, following bondholders’ put option exercise.
