XL Holdings: 270,850 shares issued from warrant conversion at MYR 0.53

XL Holdings issued 270,850 new shares from the exercise of Warrants B at MYR 0.53 each, increasing its issued share capital to 517,424,018 shares valued at MYR 250.46 million. The new shares are scheduled for listing on Oct. 8, 2026.
