JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust to combine with BASC

JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust said it proposed a combination with BASC, where BASC shareholders may receive new JUSC shares or cash at a 0.75% discount to residual net asset value.
