SciBase resolves on set-off issue of shares to guarantor

SciBase Holding AB resolved to issue shares to the guarantor in connection with a completed rights issue. The subscription price is SEK 15 per share. Bergs Securities will receive compensation of SEK 0.9 million in newly issued shares.
