Eniro proposes extra dividend of SEK 2.50 per share

Eniro Group AB proposed an extra dividend of SEK 2.50 per share, totaling about SEK 36 million, to be considered at an EGM on Nov. 4, 2026. A new policy targets annual distributions of 60% of operating cash flow.
