Aspo Proposes Board Compositions for Telko and ESL Post-Demerger

Aspo Plc has proposed the board compositions for Telko Group Plc and ESL Shipping Group Plc, which will be formed after the company's demerger. Heikki Westerlund is slated to step down as Chair following the demerger. The proposals are contingent on approval at the December 7, 2026 EGM and the successful completion of the demerger.
