CRH to acquire Danish and Finnish aggregate operations from NCC

Building materials company CRH has signed an agreement to acquire NCC Industry's operations in Denmark and Finland from NCC AB. The transaction is expected to advance CRH's strategy to build an aggregates-led portfolio. Completion is anticipated during 2027.
