Bayan shareholders boost Jhonlin stake sale to 10.08 billion shares

Indonesian coal miner Bayan Resources announced that its largest shareholders, Low Tuck Kwong and Elaine Low, increased the size of a share sale to Jhonlin Baratama to 10.08 billion shares, up from a previously planned 10 billion shares.
