Daesung Hi Tech revises convertible bond conversion price to KRW 3,926

Daesung Hi Tech revised its convertible bond conversion price to KRW 3,926 per share from KRW 3,789. Shares issuable upon conversion were adjusted to 292,917 from 303,509, representing 1.64% of total shares, down from 1.69%.
