P.A. Resources Berhad: additional listing for share subdivision

P.A. Resources Berhad announced an additional listing for the subdivision of shares, involving the exercise of its Employees' Share Option Scheme (ESOS). 4,170,000 new shares will be issued at an issue price of MYR 0.1400 per share.
