Porsche plans 40% cut in management positions under Sportwagenschmiede '35 reorganization

Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG launched its “Sportwagenschmiede ’35” plan, targeting a leaner, more agile operating model. Management positions targeted to drop 40% and total workforce in direct and indirect functions targeted to fall 25% mid-term. Porsche Engineering and Porsche Digital to merge into Porsche Technologies to consolidate global development capabilities at lower cost.
