ADID: Qitaf Holding signs MoU with Madagascar's state procurement agency

Abu Dhabi National Investment & Development (ADID) said that its subsidiary Qitaf Holding has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Madagascar's State Procurement Agency to develop an integrated vanilla value chain and an Abu Dhabi processing hub.
