EV Advanced Material completes KRW 5.5 billion private placement

EV Advanced Material completed a third-party private placement of 775,740 common shares for KRW 5.5 billion. Cash was received on Oct. 7, 2026, and the shares are slated to list on Oct. 27, 2026. New shares will be subject to a one-year mandatory lock-up.
