France: 14,540 MW of nuclear capacity offline

France has 62,990 megawatts (MW) of nuclear generation capacity, of which 14,540 MW or about 23%% is offline, according to power grid operator RTE. Reuters estimates online availability at 48,450 MW or about 77%%.
