Nurix Therapeutics Enrolls First Patient in CLL Combination Study

Nurix Therapeutics has enrolled the first patient in a Phase 1b/2 combination study for bexobrutideg in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The initial cohort will focus on relapsed/refractory CLL patients, with potential expansion to first-line CLL. The study will also evaluate bexobrutideg in combination with venetoclax and selected antibodies from Roche.
