ICICI Prudential AMC Buys Bengaluru Office Space for 626 Crore

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co. has acquired over half a million sq ft of commercial space in Bengaluru at an enterprise value of approximately 626 crore. This acquisition is among the largest office purchases by an institutional investor in India this year.
