Delhi HC stays FSSAI ban on 'Energy Drink' label for Monster, PepsiCo

The Delhi High Court has put a temporary halt to orders from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) that mandated energy drink makers Monster Energy India and PepsiCo India Holdings to stop using the term "energy drink" on their products. The FSSAI had cited alleged misbranding as the reason for its directive.
