EQT, Emami, Balaji Wafers Bid for DFM Foods

Swedish private equity firm EQT Partners, Emami Ltd, and Balaji Wafers are reportedly competing with ITC, ChrysCapital, and TPG to acquire DFM Foods, the maker of Crax snacks.
