Chinese Yuan Seen Undervalued By As Much As 25%

Jonas Goltermann, chief markets economist at Capital Economics, stated in a note that the Chinese yuan is undervalued by as much as 25%. He believes that reducing China's trade surplus to a balanced position would require significant appreciation of the yuan.
